Usage Requirements for ZX-812 Reverse Osmosis Scale Inhibitor:

1. Dosage

Continuously add ZX-812 to the feed water before it enters the membrane system. The typical dosage is 2-5 mg/l, which may vary depending on water chemistry, membrane type, and system operating parameters (such as recovery rate, temperature, and pressure). The specific dosage should be calculated using the supplier's software.

2. Dilution

The reverse osmosis scale inhibitor should be added continuously. It is recommended to directly add the concentrated solution using a metering pump, or dilute it with RO product water or demineralized water. The dilution factor should not exceed 10.
